It's been up and down. It took me a little while to get up to speed and there were a few oddities at first with how sterile the company felt (remote culture and all), but it doesn't seem like those things have improved

I like the people on my immediate team

I think it's a competitive salary for being fairly junior
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to focus more on employee growth. There's a culture of fear about speaking out to fix even the smallest cultural problems
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's a lot of culture problems that the company refuses to talk about. It's difficult to voice opinions about culture and a threat of being let go
