The support is fantastic. You don't feel like all alone in your work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
TRAVEL! Travel prizes each year, travel reimbursement, reimbursement for passport and TSA Precheck/Global Entry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's okay to make a mistake. Just own it and learn from it.

While we have good health insurance and 401k matching, my favorite part is the travel benefits.

My team works hard independently and comes together to support and assist each other when needed.

The company is always willing to listen to ideas on how to make the office culture more fun...and happy to implement them whenever possible.

We all work hard in our own "silos" but are moving toward a common goal. And we all pitch in when help is needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are strongly pro-empowerment. You are given ownership of your work and, within reasonable boundaries, the authority to make decisions without running everything up the ladder.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They understand that everyone makes mistakes. All that is expected is that you do your best and learn from the mistakes that you do make.
