the interaction with motivated people

Being able to work on many different projects and with different teams

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bosses are too cheap, no encouragement, you could have a little prime for a good action 50$ it's a real joke

Sales reps need to communicate with Lab employees to better understand the procroess of the products they sell
