Need improvement in recognition of proactive employees
They don't listen to what the employees say. The few managers that do are ignored or bartered for suggestions made.
Sika will stretch you as thin as possible and pay you as little as they can get away with.

Ownership of ones work, goes above and beyond
Everyone takes pride in their jobs and the quality of product we send out

Hygiene, lazyness, initiative, logic, labour

On local staff level diversity but this not reflected on regional or area level

The way I was giving detailed information on what would be expected of me on the job
That they look for a family member no a worker
It was quick simple indeed handled every aspect of the interview in a timely manner and professionally
it was the intention to get information but also to inform about the company and the specific position

By keeping a competent people consucting the interviews
Speed up the process; teach managers hiw to interview - stop the unfriendly tone.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bosses are too cheap, no encouragement, you could have a little prime for a good action 50$ it's a real joke
Sales reps need to communicate with Lab employees to better understand the procroess of the products they sell
