What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How about understanding the actual company. You preach pillars and foundation but you dont live it. You treat people like a number and push out employees that have worked for you for a long time. Your HR acts like a hit man and the VP is never present and wont even take a meeting.
They need to know what is our business first, then to be trained about the integrity
