Ignore complaints about workload and at the same as that you work weekends to manage deadlines
Doing 2 to 3 peoples jobs and getting paid for 1. Management keeping their promises. When you call them out on broken promises they laugh and say it got you to work harder, right.
Never shown any appreciation for the fact that I bust my behind every day I work. When raises come up the higher ups get most of the money allotted to the workers while the lowest on the totem pole who do 95% of the work get very small raises.
