Chaotic and disorganized. Regularly understaffed so everyone is overworked and undervalued. I was very happy to leave the company for another bank and several of our customers had already done so also or were contemplating it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bank holidays and three full weekends off a month, but most other banks offer that too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The culture alone is enough to make anyone feel undervalued. Managers are routinely breaking basic rules with little to no feedback or instruction.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Zero sense of a team or being part of something good. Very few people there willing to help and teach basic job skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staffing, planning, training, and teaching employees the right way to do things rather than giving them a limited set of tools and expecting success.
