The benefits package is great, although my annual salary is below average for my position and city.

Work/life balance is key. We get to work on a fun product. Everybody at the company is a pleasure to be around.

Talking with the leadership group was almost like talking to friends from the get-go. While the maintained professionalism, they were kind and welcoming.

Real people that care about people. They understand the value of work/life balance while being driven to help the company succeed. They're easy to talk to, and have a love for life that is contagious.

Culture fit is high on the leadership team's radar when hiring new employees. This has lead to a team that is a lot of fun to be around. Going into the office feels more like going to see friends to tackle a project that everybody is excited about, rather than going into work...
