Free topo chico and Yerba Mate. Anything else? On a serious note: everyone is taken seriously and given the respect to and space to do their job. No micro-managing, no over-bearing atmosphere. Just people who show up committed to doing their part to keep the company moving forward.

Team shoutouts and praises for hard work, customer reviews, sales, thanking each other for help on things when it's needed, making gifs and laughing... we keep it fun and productive.
