It's family oriented, highly competitive and comprehensive.

Recently announced that we would receive a 401k plan, which is amazing.

Since I have started healthcare benefits have been extended to family members.

Monthly Payouts opposed to quarterly as I have always seen in my other positions

Reasonable sacrifices on starting salary (startup, anyone?) but great benefits (awesome healthcare package), bonus structure, and room for growth. Stock options for a rapidly growing company aren't too shabby either.
