The leadership team is supportive and allows you to develop your own leadership style. We can also connect directly with leadership at any time and they are extremely responsive.
Our CEO is an amazing leader. He always listens to us, sends out weekly emails so we know where things are at companywide, incorporates fun, and he seems to truly care about each team member. I have a clear understanding of my role in the company, how I'm doing, and can talk to him when I need to.
Real people that care about people. They understand the value of work/life balance while being driven to help the company succeed. They're easy to talk to, and have a love for life that is contagious.
