Once the CEO told everyone there was no work life balance; there was a mass exodus because it was received as "sacrifice your time with your families for my greed". The CEO needs to realize that he is no longer in the military and that people can quit, unlike the military.

Middle manager's were great. The CEO pushed them out the door qhen they tried to speak up about work life balance.

The CEO needs to be removed from decision making and let his directors advise him on how to make effective decisions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay would be comparable for a 50 hour per week job, but everyone works much longer days than that. So due to the hours you work, I don't feel the pay is adequate.
