What do you like best about the leadership team?
Middle manager's were great. The CEO pushed them out the door qhen they tried to speak up about work life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Trusting prople, creating a respectful and inclusive environment. Adhering to their word when it is given.
Isolate the CEO from interacting with others in the company.
Creating a culture where each person has a say and doesn't get banished for speaking up for their people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good package with stock options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay would be comparable for a 50 hour per week job, but everyone works much longer days than that. So due to the hours you work, I don't feel the pay is adequate.
Benefits are not up to a par for a company this size and this age.
The company doesn't offer good benefits, especially with the most recent insurance change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very talented people trying to do the best they can. Great culture at the team level.
Generally care about each other
Strong work ethic and wanting to accomplish common goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The CEO needs to be removed from decision making and let his directors advise him on how to make effective decisions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Surrounded by talented and smart people from impressive backgrounds
Startup culture is still moderately agile outside of executive micromanagement.
The company doesnt bleed into personal life although it will take up hours of personal time when big goals are behind.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The ceo needs to leave.
Create a culture that promotes within.

Hands on component was fun

Company cant find its grind when providing content
The company isn't able to find a niche and is unable to scale its product.
