The executive team is fairly approach

Smart individuals that are genuine and honest. Great communication, open door policy and an enviroment were they support the individuals success.

No politics (i.e. at least not a lot), people are genuenly willing to help and find solutions.

There really isn't much culture. Its a do your work and we will leave you alone.

I get to interact with senior leaders as well as peers to udnerstand different perspective of the company as well as the role
