I love the people and the environment
Not impressed with their policies. The site is overly simplified and they don't screen sitters at all. Anyone and everyone can get an account there and it's just not a safe option for childcare.
Since I've been a part of the team, the change and growth at Sittercity hasn't stopped. Being able to lead, having my voice heard and being able to work on projects that have a direct impact on the company overall have been very rewarding.
Working in a start up environment is tough, but rewarding. When you are surrounded by great people, it makes it worth it.
