Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about all of the employees! There is a lot of checking in, a lot of listening to feedback and a lot of checking in on professional (and personal) goals. It's hard to find a leadership team that really is invested in the workforce on a deeper level than just how they're performing.
The team cares personally about every individual on our team and operates with the values of transparency and passion for our customers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility is one of the best parts of what Sittercity offers. Everyone on the team works hard and it shows that managers trust their employees by allowing alternative work schedules and allowing the unlimited PTO plan to function vs employees feeling like they can't take time off.

Quick moving. Flexible. SMART! Thought provoking. Passionate. Always wanting to improve, to take things to the next level.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The balance of treating people with respect/understanding while pushing for them to be their best. This is an extremely supportive workforce and I think it says a lot that the team also wants everyone to succeed and find their highest potential!
It's highly collaborative group of diverse people who are curious and fun.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very nice and ask questions to get to know me better made me feel very comfortable
I met with multiple people from multiple teams, which made it easier to get a handle on the overall culture and the people I'd be working with. They were also timely with feedback and didn't leave me hanging for weeks at a time with communication.
The screening is relevant to the job and designed to reduce bias.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people and the environment
Increasing collaboration, adjustments from employee feedback, pushing to hit our goals. All of these things have been ramping up at Sittercity lately and they make me very excited to tackle the projects we're working on.
