What did you like most about the interview process? They were very nice and ask questions to get to know me better made me feel very comfortable
What makes you most happy at work?I love the people and the environment
What do you like best about the leadership team? They really care about all of the employees! There is a lot of checking in, a lot of listening to feedback and a lot of checking in on professional (and personal) goals. It's hard to find a leadership team that really is invested in the workforce on a deeper level than just how they're performing.

To make child care finally work. …It's something we think about from the time our feet hit the Legos® on the floor, until after we've tucked the kids in at night. We know that the child care struggle is real, because we're parents too.
