Talking about the ski industry and skiing in general. A day doesn't go by that skiing isn't the main topic of conversation.

I enjoyed being able to tell that they had the same passion for the mountains that I did and wanted to work hard but also play hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here for the same reason, because we enjoy playing in the outdoors. Being apart of a team that has similar interest makes the office culture enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's got similar interest and are there because they enjoy the outdoors. Since we all have similar interest it makes it easy to hangout with co-workers outside of work.
