Management and CEO need to understand how to communicate — gossiping and chewing people
Improving morale, listening to employees, and overall respect.
The salary tiers are claimed to be "transparent." But this is the farthest thing from the truth. I know that teammates have been paid the wrong salary after being promoted, and I was denied a merit raise that was part of their "policy" before deciding (and not announcing) to no longer offer it.
