My favorite things about Skilljar are the people and the transparency of the company (especially from leadership down). While Skilljar is small, it extremely mature for a company of this size.

We are fun, welcoming, and collaborative. We genuinely care for each other in and out of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our 100% medical, dental and vision coverage, unlimited time off, and monthly tech reimbursement. Also that our HR team does re-leveling/adjustments annually in addition to normal promotion cycles.
