I love how Skilljar doesn't hire one type of person. Instead, everyone comes from different backgrounds, and Skilljar recognizes how much value that brings to the company- I love that Skilljar truly represents my community!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how my Manager recognizes what strengths each person on my team has and encourages us to grow and take on tasks and projects that we are interested in learning or excel at and how our leadership recognizes people first, and the relationships they build makes it easy to want to work everyday
