When customers compliment how exceptional we are, and how they look to as a leader even when we are their peer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Meetings are productive and intentional, and we live in Slack more than email. I've participated (and ENJOYED) 4 interactive team building/bonding events within my first 9 months. My team respects my working hours, and our work is fairly spread out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Skilljar has invested in building an exceptional leadership team, and it shows. Each new leader that joins is continually impressed by what we've built and brings something new to the table to make it even better. No micromanaging here, just get your work done and be kind.
