The work I do, the customers I work with, the manager I report to, the coworkers I work alongside, the leadership team, and the company values/culture are all incredible. I feel supported and valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though the team has continued to grow, I appreciate the value, diversity, and perspectives that are continually being added to the team. Everyone is very friendly and willing to take time to help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In meetings or messages with my colleagues, managers, or leadership, people make a genuine effort to connect on a personal level and not just focus on work. I think this promotes a culture that values people, not just employees.
