What are some of the best things about your team?They are very helpful when i ask.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Great support when I need help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They hire good people. Unfortunately, they rarely stay because of the toxicity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Bad customer selling practices that they get a ton of negative feedback on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They refuse to budge on making it a hospitable environment at all. DEI efforts are all for show. You will get fired if you report.
