terrible business model. I think this ship is going down. Not sure if anything can save it
There is no autonomy and the CEO needs to sign off on everything. We hire smart and capable people. The management team needs to be trusted to deliver. Waiting for direction and sign off for every little thing from the execs causes a lot of spinning wheels.
