What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give middle managers more power. Stop concentrating power at the top. Diversify revenue from a few top devs and stop building a million features. Simplify the SDK.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Turnover--Skillz is always hiring because people are always leaving! Sure, we have startup growing pains, but especially middle and senior people don't stay long because it's inevitable that they are professional and the CEO is not.
