Kristen Espejo ā Chief of Staff at Skin Laundry
Executive Bio
Kristen Espejo joined Skin Laundry in December of 2021 as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Strategy where she is responsible for establishing an infrastructure for accelerated growth.
Prior to joining Skin Laundry, Kristen held various Chief of Staff and Strategy roles across multiple functions at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP): Brand, Field Operations, Human Resources and Sales. Working with the Executive Leadership Team, she drove decision-making and execution of initiatives impacting 20,000 employees. Most notably, she was responsible for integrating the operations of Bai Brands, a $1.7 billion brand, into the broader company, collaborating with heads of Finance, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure continued growth post-acquisition. Prior to KDP, she gained her generalist and strategy skill set as a Consultant and Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group.
Kristen started her career in Finance specializing in the retail industry at an investment bank and private equity firm. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Virginia and received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
