As Chief Financial Officer of Skin Laundry, PT Pugh is responsible for Global Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Strategy. He looks to drive growth, profitability and significant value through his unique blend of hands-on operating success and strategic planning. His track record for success spans nearly 20 years in finance and accounting, growing consumer-oriented, multi-national companies such as Saban Brands, Paul Frank Industries, and RVCA Clothing. He has held several management positions, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Saban Brands, a global consumer products and entertainment media company with successes such as the relaunch of Power Rangers and global retail sales of close to $1 Billion.
Throughout his career, he has led and participated in major acquisitions on both the sell and buy sides. He has also been instrumental in debt financing for operational cash flow needs. PT was the head of finance at RVCA Clothing during their aggressive expansion period, reaching over 300% of revenue growth which led to their complete equity sale. At Saban Brands he participated in the acquisition of 10 global multi-million-dollar consumer products and media brands. His extensive experience in hyper growth companies in multiple channels of distribution including, retail, wholesale, and licensing will serve Skin Laundry well as it continues its expansion/ growth.
