Yian Yu — VP, Sales & Operations at Skin Laundry
Executive Bio
As Director of Operations of Skin Laundry, Yian Yu is responsible for field excellence, growth strategies, technical architecture, and Skin Laundry’s global expansion. Yian has worked at Skin Laundry for 8 years and has worn nearly every hat in the organization allowing her to gain a 360 view on the business and has been involved in every clinic opening.
Yian joined Skin Laundry having 16 years background in business management and people development. She was the General Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch’s West Coast flagship managing and leading over 300 employees and was involved in new store openings across the country. Yian has been instrumental in building the foundation of Skin Laundry’s field team and led a global team of six District Managers and over 200 field employees in the US, UK, & HK.
Yian has spearheaded the buildout and implementation of our custom Electronic Medical Records, data collection, and created an efficient documentation system to be used by all of our Medical providers. She collaborated with COO & CFO to custom build a data warehouse into Micro Strategies and develop KPIs.
Most recently, Yian has been the liaison between our MENA business partners ensuring they are fully operational, medically compliant, and equipped to run the Skin Laundry business.
