I am extremely unimpressed by this company. I went through the online membership cancelation procedure to "request" cancelation and it was never completed. I did this TEN days before next month renewal and then got charged. I contacted SkyZone to no response. It should not be this complicated.
While the concept is interesting, unfortunately executive leadership and Board of Directors are not upstanding individuals. This company cares only about profit, at the expensive of employee safety and mental health.
