Everyone is very productive, kind, and efficient

They will do it all and jump into help without hesitation when busy! They are very professional but still make work a fun place to be!

Base pay and bonus are very competitive.
Sick time is the best part
it really helps my needs
I get paid for the hours I work and they offer employee incentives and bonuses for reaching goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i would always work overtime because we had many workers who would put their shifts up for trade

High turnover, lack of communication, inconsistent business standards, lack of training,.
Increase pay, increase number of workers, increase safety measures, allow the managers to manage the building and not do the work for the lazy corprate office workers.
It's getting very boring and frustrating. We need more incentives.
