What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are always there to help
I like that they let you show your own initiative
They accept me for my weird self and allow me to organize the establishment and create training criteria on my own. For the most part, the employees receive needed essentials for work and are flexible when it comes to hours for personal time. I consider some as friends.
Everyone is very respectful and I enjoy working with them

Audit your SPM performance , based on RM and ARM reviews.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i was paid at one steady rate rather than being paid higher one day rather than the other
Health benefits would be perfect, or bonuses so I can afford some on my own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
always there to help, can talk to them and they listen
Some manager are very nice and understanding
We work well together and everyone does their part with no need for retraining. Most of us are upbeat and make working fun. We have learned about each others lives and cover each other for personal days off. Happily, the present crew doesn't call off or not show up

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all try to keep a positive attitude and build each other up. The team always helps each other and the most chaotic days go well despite the sometimes long hours. It is helpful to be able to be yourself and keep upbeat even if the actual job is less than glamorous.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy going and not overly long. I was able to get days off for taking my Dad to chemo and cleaning my parent's house and the current staff is excellent and we work well together.

What makes you most happy at work?
i know my job and do it without someone looking over my shoulder
Knowing that we presently have a good team and that, if one is scheduled, they will be there and ready to work. For the most part, management helps out when needed and makes sure we have the physical resources to complete the work and also helps keep staff full.
