There's always room to move up in this company as long as you apply yourself. I think I'm personally paid more than fairly for what I do, and the fact that SlideBelts offers raises/incentives is just the cherry on top!
Unlimited PaId Time Off takes out the stress of visiting family or planning trips.

The benefits are nice. But if i'm not using medical, eye or dental then I feel that should be substituted with higher pay.

The best part of our compensation package is not only the competitive salaries, but we have a great PTO/vacation policy.
