The transparency. They are always sure to include everyone on anything going on with the company. I've never experienced that with any other place I've worked.
Leadership always listens, they're always available to help! I appreciate them tremendously!

There's always room to move up in this company as long as you apply yourself. I think I'm personally paid more than fairly for what I do, and the fact that SlideBelts offers raises/incentives is just the cherry on top!
Unlimited PaId Time Off takes out the stress of visiting family or planning trips.

Our compensation comes with reasoning
The benefits are nice. But if i'm not using medical, eye or dental then I feel that should be substituted with higher pay.

Positive and motivated creates a good work environment
I work with the best team imaginable! We may be small, but we're mighty. There's always an open line of communication and we're always quick to brainstorm an idea when problems arise. We work well with one another and always have eachother's backs. It's great!
Communication! I must admit, sometimes our team lacks communication but with that being said, you have to put forth communication and voice yourself when needed. Once this happens, we're all on the same page and it's great! Our team has gone out of its way to ensure proper communication.
We have positive coaching versus critiquing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are like a family and we all have each others back

Brig and everyone at the company genuinely care about each other, which is really rare to find. They want to see and help you grow not only with the company, but as a person. You're treated as an individual and your happiness matters. It's really like one big family.
Everyone is so positive here, it's crazy! No one's ever in a bad mood and the positive energy is definitely contagious.
The empowerment we receive as we grow so fast, trust is such a compliment.
Everyone comes to work with a positive attitude towards making today great!
