SlideBelts usually has a loose schedule of tasks that need to be accomplished through online services like Asana. Most employees can decide what they work on throughout the day.

It really depends on what your job description is as that will determine your work flow. Our Distribution Specialist have a more structured day with scheduled time for certain activities, where as our Graphic Designers just have projects that need to be finished by a certain time.

SlideBelts does have some remote guest service agents that work from home always, as well as some certain positions that allow work from home on particular occasions. SlideBelts currently does not have a policy in place, as each situation is taken on a case by case basis.

The work pace is at times very fast and at other times its just fast. Since we are such a small team still we are able to pivot very quickly. This allows SlideBelts to always be on the forefront of something new.

Each month we have a company paid lunch where we either go somewhere for an hour and a half, or we have someone cater our warehouse, where we play company games like ping pong or volley ball. No matter the situation, it is always so much fun.

We are still a small team, but the diversity here is amazing. So many people from different walks of life helps to keep us always evolving.

The work/life balance at SlideBelts is amazing! SlideBelts offers the ability to work from 8am to 4pm weekdays, and have weekends off. We also get every major Holiday paid-off, so that we can enjoy the day.

Each interview is usually around 30 minutes to an 1 hour, and we usually have a 3 step interview process.

With weekly 1-on-1's with you direct superiors, SlideBelts offers feedback constantly. This helps to keep everyone moving in the same direction, for the same goals.

We have a very open vacation policy at SlideBelts. As long as you give proper notice every vacation request is usually accepted.

The co-workers are my favorite part about SlideBelts. I mean the open office, paid company lunches, ping pong table, long boards, and company snacks are pretty cool too.

I would recommend dressing in a manner that is professionally appropriate to the position for which you are applying. Even though SlideBelts has a laid back dress code, making a good impression always seems to be a good bet.

It's a small team of 2, but with the Paid Media team they make 6. All of them are top-notch workers that are able to work efficiently as a single unit, as well as crush it on their own.

I am not sure if it is common, but I was asked what I would name a book about my life thus far. I found that one to be pretty entertaining.
