  • It really depends on what your job description is as that will determine your work flow. Our Distribution Specialist have a more structured day with scheduled time for certain activities, where as our Graphic Designers just have projects that need to be finished by a certain time.

  • SlideBelts does have some remote guest service agents that work from home always, as well as some certain positions that allow work from home on particular occasions. SlideBelts currently does not have a policy in place, as each situation is taken on a case by case basis.

  • The work pace is at times very fast and at other times its just fast. Since we are such a small team still we are able to pivot very quickly. This allows SlideBelts to always be on the forefront of something new.

  • I would recommend dressing in a manner that is professionally appropriate to the position for which you are applying. Even though SlideBelts has a laid back dress code, making a good impression always seems to be a good bet.
