What is SmartBrief's policy towards pets in the workplace?
Unfortunately, they are not allowed.
What should I wear for an interview at SmartBrief?
Men: Minimum should be pressed blue blazer or sports jacket, button up shirt, kahki pants/slacks, & leather shoes. Should really include a tie. Other option is a pressed suit, button up shirt, & leather shoes. Should really include a tie. Women: A nice skirt or pants (anything other than jeans or leggings), with a blouse or button up shirt, & a suit type jacket. Suit with either matching skirt/pants, blouse/button up shirt. If button up shirt should really include a tie. All that being said, we're pretty low-key on the requirements for what to wear to work. Business casual is the norm outside of the tech dept. Tech dept. requirements are clean pants with no holes, no open toed shoes, clean t-shirts are allowed provided no swear words, holes, or sweat stains. No sleeveless shirts/bare shoulders (I think). But looking sharp in the interview shows that when we have clients in the office or you are meeting with clients in/outside the office you can represent SmartBrief as a professional
