What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a recent employee I feel as though the culture and overall atmosphere at SmartBrief is incredibly supportive from leadership down.
The generally seem to care about their people and believe in the product/service that we provide.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Senior management is great but mid level management needs a lot of improvement. Very inconsistent with standards and unreliable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO in addition to sick hours & revenue sharing pool.
SmartBrief offers commuting benefits which is great.

Everyone on the team has each other's back.
Very young and fun, similar to start up style
