What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a recent employee I feel as though the culture and overall atmosphere at SmartBrief is incredibly supportive from leadership down.
The generally seem to care about their people and believe in the product/service that we provide.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Senior management is great but mid level management needs a lot of improvement. Very inconsistent with standards and unreliable.
