Open door policy, Listens, Gives (and takes) Feedback, Always thinking outside of the box.

I actually had Executives interviews AND met with the CEO twice. She made that kind of time commitment to meet with me.

I have to steal a Quote: "It’s often said that having a great boss is more important than having your perfect job, and this is 100% true
What are some of the best things about your team?
Idea Sharing is rewarded, No one is Wrong and No One is right (just because a Sales Rep is at or above their Quota), New Ideas are encouraged. Our Manager hosts a weekly call to see what's working, not, how can we (as a team) move our skills to the next level.
