What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our Wellness Program which includes an on-site 5 dday a week wellness clinic with a FNP. Also love the classes led by Wellness Manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I went a long time once without a pay raise and pay raises don't keep up with inflation.
Consistent, real raises and bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small group
Personable, support each other. Enthusiastic. Always looking for new ideas.

The company environment is good.
People that work here are nice. May sound corny, but it is true. Lots of smiles around here.

Feeling appreciated and valued every day and that what I do does make a difference.
Being of service to my co-workers. We have such a diverse work force with so many stories of how they got to our company.
