The culture is laid back, but we work hard. Leadership believes in their people and do not micro-manage. In addition, there is a great work - life balance.

The culture is laid-back with no micromanaging. There is a true open-door policy. Your feedback is welcomed and appreciated. The environment is like hanging out with your close friends.
