My co-workers and helping the clients see the benefits of the platform and really helping them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are responsive to ideas and also supportive of not micromanaging but allowing us to grow individually as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My only issues is with the amount of days we get and that we have no sick days so days that are meant for a mental break have to be used when ill.
