The content of my work. I love working with data with people who are equally as passionate as I am.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a startup; so new things are always happening (in terms of events for the company). We are a big family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are affable & trusting in their employees; they do not micromanage. The Data Engineering team lead is the best boss I've had, without a doubt.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We had a chance to talk on a personal level (after all of the technical talk); they took their time, I did not feel rushed or under pressure.
