Would like regular compensation reviews based on performance and stocks options in the company.

Early to say regarding my direct team, but they are willing to try new things.....open to guidance and willing to do what it takes to be successful
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Would like to see development be able to work two platforms effectively and equally - vendor& gov't platforms - more dedicated people to EACH rather than trying to make one system work for both. Would also like more assistance w/ marketing to get success stories to identified and published.
