What makes you most happy at work?
My managers encouragement and push for me to succeed makes me happy. They want us to constantly be learning and growing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was like meeting a complete stranger and instantly clicking to become friends. It wasn't stressful, it was a very happy positive interview process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our environment is competitive in the best way possible. I love the positivity and encouragement that flows through the air in the office. We all seem to mesh so well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is fair. We have an uncapped commission which is really great! How much I make depends on the effort I put in and I believe thats a good way to light a fire under you and make you want to work hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very personable. It's not an office full of robots, they actually care about our well being and want us to succeed in life and not just in our work place. I can go to my manager and VP about advice for anything from work to personal growth. I love their compassion about their employee's.
