meeting executives who are laid back and real asking real questions that relate to family, friends and work life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are growing and stock and other policies will grow with us. Company is terrific about answering our needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they will try so many things a corporate America company will not and if it does not workout, try something else. We were a start up so that gives us much room to grow and find our pace and growth patterns.
