What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate coming into the office and seeing others working hard to reach goals. This really shows that the company is always going to be moving in a positive direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, people are engaging and willing to assist with circumstances that arise in a fast-paced environment. However, there are those that work independently from the team and cause confusion for others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Great interview process. I was given informative instructions throughout the process. While interviewing in person, I could tell that my interviewer was asking questions that would not only see if I was good fit for the company, but also that the company was a good fit for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is great. Should I ever have a question about a task, leadership steps in to help guide me through it or finds the answer for me. My only recommendation is to work on communication among departments. Things are always changing and it's important to keep employees aware of process changes.
