What makes me most happy is seeing my coworkers. We have a great bond.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can truly be yourself and it's a flat management structure. It's friendly, laid back, and carries the startup culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a tremendous sense of trust and there's always an open door policy. I feel at home with my leadership team and that homely feeling helps me be at my best at work. Furthermore, any idea I've had has been tried out and given significant consideration.
