Overall it's been quite a journey at this company but it's a company that has grown me as a person / professional and I find that to be invaluable.

Solving problems for client / internal issues

It really has a startup culture feeling to it.

We are always striving to better each other in our roles.

Working from Home has been the best thing ever to happen at GovSpend.

How open the majority is to explaining things in a way that isn't technical.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can reach out to them at any time. There is no "hierarchy" to reach the CEO.

That they are open to any type of suggestion that is made with the intent of making the company better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being compensated for the actual role you are working. Sometimes you have to wear 3 hats and be responsible for those 3 hats but the pay doesn't match
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What's great about our culture is that we can reach out to any level of management and can strike up conversations with them involving work to get answers you may need.
