Everyone is ready and willing to help each other. Everyone is constantly learning and sharing what they are learning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The relaxed atmosphere. You step inside and know you're here to work, but you don't wake up and dread stepping into the office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The government division is experiencing many growing pains and there are many issues that need to be ironed out. Remote brokers can lead to poor communication between the teams and their leaders.
